We founded Schwimer Weinstein in 2014 after discovering a shared passion for service, hard work and integrity, but our story began long before then.

Both of our fathers worked in the medical field in the same medical office building on 10th Street in Santa Monica. Separated by only a few years, we grew up going on family vacations together and surfing Santa Monica’s beaches.

After high school, we both pursued our own paths. It wasn’t until years later, after we both had graduated from law school, that we reconnected in Santa Monica while working on a few cases together.

In 2014, our current office became available. It was in the heart of Santa Monica, just blocks away from the beaches that we surfed together. We quickly decided to combine our practices and form Schwimer Weinstein LLP.

People think we’re brothers - probably because we’re always arguing. But that is what makes our law firm strong. We both bring a different perspective to each case we handle, and through consensus we find the best solution.

We believe that this close personal relationship helps us achieve the best results for our clients. We also believe that building relationships with clients is equally as important to their success.
